Boarding houses have been redecorated. All works need to be carried in a strict timescale out out of normal school time. As it is an old building the are many minor repair to be carried out.

We carried out many redecoration and minor repairs on Barratt homes.
Taylor Wimpey – exterior redecoration
We carried out the external decoration of this old building in London to ensure the street scene was improved for the new development next door.
Keepmoat – snagging
In Cambridge we worked with Keepmoat to take their Campkin Road site in to the ownership of the local housing association. Many minor repairs and making good was carried out. All work was documented to ensure the relevant trades could be cross charged.
Countryside – Gas inspections
Issues around the unsafe installation of Gas flues have come to light. We were asked to arrange for the inspection of all recently handed over properties. As some flues were hidden in roofs we had to insert inspection hatches and the carry out repairs and make good the rooms prior to arranging for a Gas Safe engineer to carried out the inspection.
Epsom College – Gutter clearing
We have inspected and cleared Refurbishment College gutters over the last 3 years. All school buildings on the Epsom college site are inspected, cleared and the results documented. Photographs are taken and catalogued. Minor repairs carried out and blockages are cleared. Issues are documented and reported to the college.
Work carried out at height is carried out from Cherry pickers and appropriately trained staff used.
