Boarding houses have been redecorated. All works need to be carried in a strict timescale out out of normal school time. As it is an old building the are many minor repair to be carried out.

We have inspected and cleared Refurbishment College gutters over the last 3 years. All school buildings on the Epsom college site are inspected, cleared and the results documented.
